Our drive is people, not numbers or arbitrary targets. That may not make us a great fit for the traditional recruitment agency business model, but we say keep your forecasts and spreadsheets—we judge our success directly by our clients’ satisfaction. 

Elena Denza started DTH Recruitment Consulting - she’s an MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) certified practitioner, and she’s now been an HR and Talent Acquisition professional for over eight years, within several industries, and across Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia. Since working in Australia, she has successfully set-up and managed Talent Acquisition functions in the Australian start-up scene and has run people projects around People Operations, Employee Experience, Performance Management, and Talent Development with the use of Psychometric Testing.
